Job Summary

This role involves leading a small team focused on technical support and software implementation within the Field Service Software sector, specifically targeting the fire and fire protection domain. The Team Lead will be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, establishing clear roles, efficient processes, SLAs, and KPIs, and optimizing the daily ticket and task flow. A core function is successfully managing customer projects from planning and setup through training, Go-Live, and handover to operational teams. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or a comparable qualification, several years of experience in technical support or implementation project management, and foundational technical knowledge of software, APIs, databases, or IT infrastructure. Success in this position requires strong process and structural understanding, excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical content, and fluency in German and proficiency in English.

Completed training in IT Specialist (Fachinformatik) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of experience in technical support or managing implementation projects
  • Initial experience in leading small to medium-sized teams is desirable
  • Experience with ticket and support systems is advantageous
