Job Summary
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product and system support, from installation and commissioning to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. Your day-to-day will involve on-site client visits for setup, regular inspections, and performing crucial repairs including component replacement and software updates. A key part of your role is also providing technical support via phone, email, or remote connection, and training clients on equipment operation. You will meticulously document all work and update customer databases. This role requires a strong technical background and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Service Technician or in a similar position
- Strong knowledge in the installation, maintenance, and repair of technical devices or systems
