Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related support requests and incident reports, received via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and diagnosing IT problems, providing solutions, or escalating issues to the appropriate channels. You'll be responsible for answering questions related to software applications, hardware configurations, network connections, and general IT issues, while meticulously documenting all support tickets, actions taken, and resolutions. A key aspect of this role is prioritizing and processing support requests in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
