Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist / Helpdesk professional, suitable for both experienced individuals and career starters, who will be a key point of contact for IT-related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and potentially 2nd level IT support via phone and in person, classifying and dispatching incoming tickets according to ITIL guidelines, and managing user change requests and incident reports.
