Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional, whether a career starter or experienced expert, looking to drive technology forward by supporting critical IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and potentially 2nd level IT support, handling service requests via phone and in person, and classifying and dispatching incoming tickets according to ITIL guidelines. A significant part of the job involves the planning and commissioning of security infrastructure systems, such as firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus protection, and VPN solutions, as well as managing the technical operation and maintenance of these systems. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, excellent knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology, and current Windows operating systems. Strong problem-solving skills and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this dynamic team environment.
