You will be the primary contact for all IT inquiries, independently diagnosing and resolving issues, setting up and configuring IT infrastructures, and performing essential system maintenance. Beyond technical tasks, you will create documentation, train clients on new IT solutions, and contribute to the development of digital solutions.
