Job Summary
The Quality Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence by managing the release process for series components, similar to PPAP, and ensuring stable quality processes among suppliers. Key daily activities include deep analysis of supplier production processes, performing crucial on-site inspections, assessing risks, and validating quality documentation such as FMEAs and inspection plans. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and analyzing quality KPIs and leading improvement projects across departments. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of experience, coupled with strong knowledge of quality methodologies like APQP, FMEA, and PPAP. Success in this role hinges on a strong understanding of technical drawings, excellent organizational skills, and very good proficiency in both German and English, making this an impactful and challenging role within an international environment.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar technical field
Experience
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a quality specialist or in a similar role
- Professional experience in quality control at suppliers
- Experience in an international environment
- Experience in supplier audits and process validations (Advantage)
