Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated 1st/2nd Level IT Support Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance. Day-to-day tasks involve receiving and classifying IT inquiries and incident reports via phone, email, and in-person, escalating complex issues to administrators, and meticulously documenting problem resolution in a ticketing system. The specialist will also be responsible for installing new hardware and software and offering general IT support to users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT background, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency with standard operating systems and MS Office products.
