Job Summary

This role is for a Junior IT Support and Administrator who will be the primary point of contact for IT-related queries from apprentices, teachers, and staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets for apprentices, and handling user and permission administration. A significant part of the role involves supporting the implementation of a new training and development system and contributing to the design of a new IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong service orientation, and experience with Microsoft environments, server administration, and network management.
