Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the technical building management for properties utilized by Germany's highest federal authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating measures to ensure the smooth and proper operation of technical building equipment. Key tasks include improving and renewing technical systems, developing maintenance processes, and monitoring the economic efficiency of technical installations. The position also entails acting as the client representative for all construction measures related to technical building management, ensuring operational safety, managing warranties, and preparing documentation and reports. Furthermore, the role requires steering, monitoring, and controlling external technical service providers and drafting specifications for national and European tenders. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diplom-Ing. [FH]/Bachelor) in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, Technical Facility Management, or a comparable field; OR State-certified/recognized Technician in a relevant field

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical building management/technical facility management (desirable)
  • Long-term experience in cross-trade, responsible operational management of highly technical buildings/properties (for technicians)
