Job Summary

This role involves contributing technical and management expertise to building services equipment (TGA) for construction projects. The successful candidate will help define overall construction maintenance strategies, develop strategic and conceptual goals for property management related to TGA, and support regional teams in their operational implementation. Key responsibilities include developing and refining construction standards for housing administration, establishing guidelines for collaboration with external service providers, and creating standards for safety obligations. The position also entails contributing to standards for commissioning, operation, and interfaces of infrastructural building management, energy management, and digital building stock recording.
