Job Summary

This role involves contributing technical and management expertise to building services equipment (TGA) for construction projects. The successful candidate will help define overall construction maintenance strategies, develop strategic and conceptual goals for property management related to TGA, and support regional teams in their operational implementation. Key responsibilities include developing and refining construction standards for housing administration, establishing guidelines for collaboration with external service providers, and creating standards for safety obligations. The position also entails contributing to standards for commissioning, operation, and interfaces of infrastructural building management, energy management, and digital building stock recording. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative engineer to contribute to sustainable neighborhood development, CO2-free heating, accessibility, and digitalization within a large federal real estate company.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology, Supply Technology, or Plant Operations Technology. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (FH/Bachelor) in the aforementioned fields with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning and implementing technically complex measures (for FH/Bachelor graduates)
  • Professional experience in construction maintenance measures (maintenance, repair)
  • Experience with sustainable buildings and energy management, especially energy building management systems and environmental management
  • Advantageous: Experience in managing/supervising neighborhood developments and construction projects for the public sector
  • Desired: General knowledge of real estate administration and management, preferably in the housing sector
