Job Summary

This role is for an experienced and proactive Team Lead to manage the Quality Control Laboratory for aqueous and organic process chemicals used in the semiconductor industry at a production site in Wiesbaden. The successful candidate will be responsible for the personnel, organizational, and technical leadership of a 4-person lab team. Key responsibilities include evaluating analytical release data, ensuring product specification compliance, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with production and quality assurance teams. The role also involves supporting internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), and independently developing and optimizing time-critical testing methods. A hands-on approach is essential, as is driving digitalization within the lab and ensuring data integrity.
