Job Summary

This role is for an engaged Service Technician who thrives in a diverse IT environment, providing essential 1st and 2nd-level user support. The successful candidate will be responsible for telephone support and troubleshooting, managing workstations running Windows, Microsoft Office, Exchange, and Citrix desktops. Key tasks include meticulous logging and tracking of incidents and requests within a ticketing system, analyzing and resolving issues related to basic services like VPN, network drives, and print servers. Additionally, the Service Technician will assist with user administration in Active Directory and set up hardware and video conferencing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT education, initial professional experience in IT support, and strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office products, Active Directory, Exchange, and ideally Citrix, combined with a foundational understanding of networking and server operating systems.
