Job Summary
This role involves leading a human resources working group, providing technical leadership to a team of up to five employees. The successful candidate will handle complex HR issues for scientific support staff, offering expert advice to employees and managers on labor law matters. Responsibilities also include coordinating and implementing various personnel actions, such as hiring and re-employment, throughout the employee lifecycle within a specific university department. Close collaboration with employee and severely disabled employee representatives is also a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR management, particularly in public administration, coupled with in-depth knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diplom [FH]) in Administrative Sciences, Law, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR or Law.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in Human Resources management, preferably in public administration
- Initial leadership experience
- Experience in project collaboration (desirable)
