Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Technical Support Specialist to join FERCHAU, focusing on IT and engineering innovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone to customers across Europe, Russia, South and North Africa, and India. Key duties include handling basic technical inquiries, managing support tickets from inception to resolution, analyzing call data using CRM dashboards, identifying potential preventive maintenance or performance improvements, and coordinating spare part orders. The position requires a background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology, with a willingness to work flexible shifts. Required Skills
Education
Technician or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in assembly or commissioning in machine and plant construction
- Knowledge in automated application technology and robotics (desirable)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including late, night, occasional weekend, and on-call services.
