Job Summary
This role is for a Master Electrician or State-Certified Electrical Engineer to join the Integrated Building Management team at the German Pension Insurance Fund's Stralsund location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical supervision, organization, and quality assurance of all electrical systems within the 86,000 sqm facility. Key duties include monitoring and troubleshooting high-voltage systems up to 30 kV, coordinating external contractors for maintenance and repairs, and performing independent repair work throughout the building. The position emphasizes a service-oriented approach, teamwork, and contributing to the ecological optimization of technical systems, offering a stable environment with opportunities for professional development and work-life balance.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed further training as a Master Electrician or a successful degree as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field (e.g., Energy Technology).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a qualified electrician in the field of high-voltage technology
- Experience with switching authorization up to 30 kV (desirable, or willingness to acquire)
- Experience as a first responder (desirable, or willingness to acquire)
- Experience as an authorized person for elevator systems (desirable, or willingness to acquire)

- Few, well-plannable business trips and rare assignments outside regular service hours at the Stralsund location.
