Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the Technical Operations Group for Electrical Engineering and Power Supply, as well as carpentry trades, at the Seedorf military base. The successful candidate will provide technical supervision and leadership to electricians and skilled tradespeople, ensuring the operation, maintenance, and regular inspection of all electrical and electronic systems. Key responsibilities include managing power supply and generation systems (CHP plants), special infrastructure like emergency power and UPS systems, and security systems. As a responsible electrical specialist, you will ensure compliance with regulations for medium-voltage supply systems across multiple properties. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or equivalent, combined with a Master Electrician (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) qualification in electrical engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing low and medium-voltage systems, with at least two years of relevant professional activity.
  • Professional experience with SASPF (Standard Application Software Product Family) for at least two years or completion of relevant courses.
  • Experience in leading technical teams.

  • Must be a German citizen (as per Article 116 Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law). Must possess a Class B driving license and a Bundeswehr Class B driving license, or be willing to acquire the latter. Willingness to drive official vehicles. Commitment to the liberal democratic basic order of the German Basic Law. Willingness to undergo a medical examination. For civil servant appointment, generally must not have reached the age of 50 at the time of appointment (otherwise, employment contract may be offered).
