This role is for a dedicated Data Manager and ICT Process Coordinator within the Pankow District Office in Berlin, focusing on the School, Sport, and Facility Management department. The successful candidate will lead and support the digitalization of construction-related and cross-departmental property management processes through comprehensive ICT project management. Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting existing tasks, optimizing business processes, and modeling future digital systems. The position also involves acting as the primary ICT contact, coordinating the planning, introduction, and development of ICT systems for all facility management areas, ensuring data security, and managing ICT requirements and support. Required Skills

Education

• University degree (FH/B.A.) in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, or comparable qualifications at least at Level 6 of the German Qualification Framework
