Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for a leading developer of advanced infotainment systems for the automotive industry. The specialist will be the first point of contact for colleagues, offering on-site support, managing technical inquiries via a support hotline, and handling incoming tickets in a first-level capacity. Key responsibilities include classifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues, or escalating them when necessary. A crucial part of the role is also managing hardware, from ordering and inventory to setting up and distributing devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, excellent problem-solving skills, and a user-centric approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik) or a degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience with the Jira ticketing system
- Professional experience in technical support
- Experience in an agile work environment (beneficial)
