Job Summary
This role involves leading and mentoring groups of learners throughout their training and development in electrical engineering. The trainer will be responsible for conveying technical, methodological, social, and personal competencies, preparing and conducting specialized courses, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. They will explain tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to learners, preparing them for intermediate and final examinations. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, practical experience in IT/electrical engineering and digitalization, and proven experience in vocational training, coupled with strong pedagogical skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering (qualified electrician) with relevant additional qualification or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or comparable field. Trainer Aptitude Certificate (AdA-Schein) is mandatory.
