Job Summary

This long-term position, based in Ragow, offers the opportunity to join an internationally operating technology group focused on critical energy infrastructure. As a Site Electrical Technician specializing in FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) and SVC (Static Var Compensator) installations, you will be responsible for the technical oversight and monitoring of electrical assembly work on site. Your day-to-day tasks involve coordinating installation firms, planning, and site management to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. A critical component of the role is monitoring compliance with work safety regulations, technical standards, and project documentation requirements. You will actively support site logistics, quality assurance, and risk management, concluding with comprehensive documentation, final reporting, and contributing to lessons learned. The ideal candidate must possess completed technical vocational training in electrical engineering, mandatory certification as a skilled electrician, and at least three years of relevant experience in industrial or energy construction environments. Fluency in German is required, with English skills being advantageous.
