Job Summary

As a Product Manager within Freiburg's Public Real Estate Management, you will serve as the crucial link between the city's building users (schools, kindergartens, museums, etc.) and the real estate management team. Your daily tasks will involve conceptualizing and developing comprehensive portfolio management for assigned properties, steering projects and measures, and critically evaluating change requests and user needs, considering economic viability. You will prepare decisions for council levels, lead project initiation and conceptualization phases, and act as the primary contact for users and the public on overarching project issues. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the city's appearance, work in a supportive team, and benefit from flexible working hours and the option for home office, all within a modern city hall environment. The position is initially part-time and fixed-term, with a strong possibility of extension.
