Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing electrical engineering projects for the City of Freiburg's diverse portfolio of approximately 500 municipal buildings, ranging from schools and administrative offices to museums and historic sites. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, overseeing the planning and execution of construction and maintenance projects up to a total volume of 3 million EUR. Key responsibilities include managing assigned building stock, conducting site inspections, assessing risks, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement energy-efficient and ecological solutions. The position requires a professional with a strong background in electrical building technology, capable of independently managing projects through all phases of HOAI, and demonstrating economic and goal-oriented decision-making.
