This Senior IT Service Technician role involves ensuring the digital future-readiness of the German Federal Armed Forces by providing stable, secure, and efficient IT services. Based in Szczecin, Poland, for a 24-month long-term assignment after initial training in Germany, you will perform on-site IT support, including incident resolution, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) tasks, and hardware/software installation, commissioning, upgrades, and maintenance. The position requires expertise in IT infrastructure and system administration, including network and server environments, and providing 1st and 2nd-level user support.
