The Team Leader in the International Office at the University Hospital Zurich (USZ) plays a crucial role in supporting self-paying international patients and VIPs from Switzerland and abroad. You will lead a five-person Patient Relations Management (PRM) team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support for complex inquiries. A significant part of the role involves personally managing and coordinating the treatments of international patients and VIPs. Beyond operational management, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the International Office, driving optimization and representing the office internally and externally.
