Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic, agile team of 30 professionals focused on "Custom Managed Services" operations for clients. The ICT Operational Engineer acts as the primary remote contact point for all technical scopes related to client infrastructure management. Key responsibilities include handling incidents, requests, changes, and problems, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining up-to-date operational tools, processes, and documentation. Candidates should possess a degree in IT, several years of professional experience (ideally in a service company), and strong technical knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure components. Success requires a client and goal-oriented approach, strong teamwork skills, and a flexible, reliable, and autonomous work ethic. Required Skills

Education

Diploma (University/Higher Education/Federal Certificate of Competence) in IT

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the IT sector (ideally within a service company)

  • Professional experience managing technical tasks (incidents, requests, changes, and problems)
