Job Summary
This hybrid role as a Technical Consultant and Client Partner focuses on managing the complete lifecycle of Swisscom Banking's strategic Self Service Portal (SSP) solution. You will be instrumental in enhancing bank efficiency by replacing costly legacy processes with innovative solutions. Day-to-day tasks involve leading customer workshops, analyzing bank processes, translating client needs into detailed technical specifications, and creating tailored proposals. Crucially, the role requires technical autonomy, including designing, programming, and testing the solution using web technologies like PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with a background in IT or Engineering who is passionate about both client interaction and hands-on development.
Required Skills
Education
University degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in Consulting, Business Analysis, or Technical Project Management.
- Knowledge of the banking sector is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage the entire solution lifecycle from customer workshops to implementation.
