Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive customer service for an international company specializing in sustainable household and personal care products. The Customer Service Associate will manage customer orders within the ERP system (SAP), handle inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and product availability, and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve discrepancies. Key responsibilities also include maintaining customer data and supporting the sales team with product inquiries. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
