Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive administrative and financial management for research projects within the Network University Medicine (NUM) initiative at the Medical Faculty OWL. The successful candidate will independently handle third-party funding administration, financial planning, and budget monitoring for projects, while also advising researchers on grant applications and budget planning. A significant part of the role includes ensuring compliance with formal and funding-specific regulations, communicating with the NUM coordination office, and supporting the local coordination office's reporting and organizational tasks. Additionally, 40% of the time will be dedicated to providing administrative assistance to the Head of Research and Career Development, including managing communications and scheduling. This position offers a diverse role within an interdisciplinary team, emphasizing collaboration and a supportive work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a suitable administrative or commercial profession (e.g., administrative specialist, office management clerk, industrial clerk) OR other completed training/qualification with several years of relevant professional experience.
