Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Employee specializing in 1st Level Support, based at the main office in Speyer, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing initial IT support to internal clients, managing and prioritizing incoming support tickets, and documenting solutions within the ticketing system. Key tasks also include organizing and executing IT workstation relocations and assisting with hardware rollouts. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Merchant, or comparable qualification at Level 4 of the German Qualifications Framework
