Job Summary

This role is for a motivated Specialist in Organizational and Personnel Development who will be instrumental in implementing new organizational development concepts and fostering employee growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing seminar administration, managing personnel and organizational development initiatives, and overseeing leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will monitor training budgets, conduct controlling of HR key figures, ensure effective customer communication, and regularly review internal processes for efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive sustainable change within a large public service provider in Germany, contributing to the development of 2,200 employees and ensuring the reliability of the statutory pension insurance system. Required Skills

Education

Completed three-year vocational training in a commercial or administrative profession (e.g., Social Insurance Specialist, Office Management Clerk). Ideally, a 'Specialist in Personnel Development (IHK)' certificate or comparable qualification, or willingness to acquire it.
