Job Summary

This role is for a motivated Specialist in Organizational and Personnel Development who will be instrumental in implementing new organizational development concepts and fostering employee growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing seminar administration, managing personnel and organizational development initiatives, and overseeing leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will monitor training budgets, conduct controlling of HR key figures, ensure effective customer communication, and regularly review internal processes for efficiency.
