This role is for an IT All-Rounder with a focus on 1st Level Support for Microsoft Cloud services, including Office 365 and Azure. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing technical assistance with Microsoft Cloud services like Office 365, EntraID, and more. Key responsibilities include managing user and permission requests, troubleshooting IT issues in Managed Service environments, and creating technical documentation. The position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud fundamentals and basic IT technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills in German. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) or equivalent
Experience
