Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Coordinator involves being the central hub for managing and resolving all incoming support inquiries. Day-to-day, you will categorize and prioritize support tickets, efficiently assigning them to the appropriate technicians or departments based on their skills and strict SLA requirements. A key responsibility is monitoring ticket progress, managing escalations, and ensuring seamless coordination of both remote and field service deployments. You will be the primary communication point for customers, providing status updates and handling complex issues. Success in this position requires a completed vocational training in an IT or commercial field, professional experience in an IT support environment (ideally with a Managed Service Provider), and strong knowledge of ITSM systems and ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change Management). Furthermore, the role demands leadership skills, conflict competence, and a deep commitment to customer service, offering the chance to actively shape service processes within a dynamic, growth-oriented IT company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT or commercial field (e.g., IT Systems Administrator, IT Specialist, Office Management) or comparable experience

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT support environment

  • Leadership experience required
