Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join a leading IT company in Europe, specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and e-commerce services. As part of a dynamic team, you will actively contribute to digital transformation. Your daily responsibilities will include providing IT support to users, managing the service point, and performing on-site support for Windows clients, printers, and network technologies. You will also be responsible for resolving escalated technical inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a structured approach to ticket and RFS request processing, extensive knowledge of common Windows operating systems, and a solid understanding of network technologies, particularly switching and Layers 1-3. Excellent German language skills are essential for this position.
