Job Summary

This System Engineer role, based in Nuremberg, involves ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and optimization of critical IT systems and network infrastructures for an established IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating measures to effectively resolve IT system disruptions, monitoring system operations, and integrating new hardware and software components. A key focus is documentation, requiring the creation and maintenance of FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and enterprise-wide knowledge bases to support internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses fundamental experience with current server and client operating systems, including MS Exchange and MS SQL Server, practical knowledge of hardware diagnostics, and expertise in network technology and monitoring tools.
