This role offers a unique opportunity for a working student to contribute to critical energy transition projects within Germany's power grid. The successful candidate will support project leads focusing on secondary technology, including electrical measurement, control, and regulation technology. Day-to-day tasks involve developing technical specifications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assisting with cross-functional operational concepts, and participating in quality management to ensure infrastructure functionality. The position also includes preparing for internal and external meetings, conducting research, and creating presentations. Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Interest in protective and control technology, IT, or automation technology
- Motivation to contribute to projects involving complex systems like HVDC converter plants
- Basic knowledge of project management
- IT affinity
