This role is for a passionate PLC Developer who will be instrumental in supporting and evolving automation products for clients in the mechanical engineering sector. Day-to-day, you will coordinate complex global customer inquiries, provide first and second-level technical support for ADVISE automation products, and diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues remotely or on-site. The position involves close collaboration with specialist departments, independent management of response and processing times, and autonomous execution of service projects, including program adjustments and customer-specific modifications. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining service tools and preparing technical specifications for service offerings.
