Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious professional specializing in control and automation technology who is ready to take the next step in their career. The core responsibilities involve the development of sophisticated regulation and control programs within automation and robotics systems. Day-to-day tasks include the design, optimization, and adaptation of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and visualization surfaces, alongside the critical function of internal and on-site commissioning and maintenance of PLC systems at customer locations. Furthermore, the specialist will provide tailored customer consultation and create comprehensive technical documentation. Candidates must be qualified as a Technician in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, or hold a comparable university degree. Essential qualifications include project experience in PLC programming and proficiency with platforms such as Siemens S7, Beckhoff, or TIA Portal. The position requires strong German skills and a willingness to undertake international business travel.
