As a Working Student in Technical Facility Management, you will provide crucial administrative support for technical and construction maintenance, ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include meticulous data maintenance within the CAFM system, encompassing asset registration, documentation of maintenance activities, and completeness checks. You will actively contribute to creating service descriptions, lead smaller technical building equipment (TGA) projects, and assist in developing processes for technical facility management and minor construction projects. Additionally, you will update operational manuals and manage meeting logistics, including preparing presentations and minutes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student with a technical understanding, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic energy distribution network company.
