Job Summary
Join an exciting IT project in Gütersloh or Dortmund as a 1st and 2nd Level IT Support Specialist. This role involves being the primary contact for technical issues, handling incident resolution for Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive, and managing user accounts in Microsoft AD and Azure AD. You'll also support mobile devices and printing environments, meticulously document all processes in a ticketing system, and contribute to optimizing support workflows.
