Job Summary

As a Team Leader in Secondary Technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the energy transition by overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of uninterruptible power supplies, control systems, protection concepts, and control technology within 110/10-kV substations and local grid stations. Your daily tasks will involve calculating protection curves and grids, planning control technology, and visiting construction sites. You will also be responsible for coordinating the maintenance of secondary technical equipment and actively contributing to the digitalization of the local grid (SmartGrid), including the integration of digital local grid stations, feed-in systems, and charging parks. Leading a team of seven technicians, you will analyze complex system malfunctions, identify weaknesses, and ensure adherence to ISMS standards.
