Job Summary

This critical role as an HSE Manager specializing in Environmental Protection and Sustainability involves shaping the future of energy supply for the ELE Group, focusing on the energy transition and active climate protection. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a legally compliant environmental protection strategy and actively driving the company's overall sustainability initiatives. Key daily tasks include establishing effective processes for a functional circular economy, ensuring reliable hazardous material management, and representing the company's interests in relevant internal and external committees. A core responsibility is independently planning and executing certifications according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, alongside contributing expert knowledge to the ESG reporting process. The position requires a technical degree in a relevant field and several years of professional experience within the HSE domain, coupled with expertise in the energy industry.
