As an IT Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for internal departments, addressing IT disruptions, problems, and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your daily tasks will involve qualifying and processing service requests, meticulously documenting all steps, and managing the Microsoft (Azure) Active Directory, including user and access rights. You will collaborate closely with 2nd-level support for efficient problem resolution and provide user support through advice, knowledge transfer, and brief training sessions on IT systems.
