The Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) Baden-Württemberg is seeking a full-time IT Support Assistant to join their IT Service and IT Operations Management department in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe. This role focuses on the operational service of decentralized IT, video conferencing, and VoIP end-user devices, including their peripherals. Key responsibilities include configuring, setting up, commissioning, and maintaining network-connected IT end-user devices, performing second-level hardware and firmware troubleshooting, and managing mobile devices.
