Job Summary

Join the Digitalization Department of the German Pension Insurance (DRV) Baden-Württemberg to drive the crucial rvEvolution IT multi-project. This permanent public service role focuses on the technical development and operation of core Document Management and Archiving Systems (DMS) used across case processing. As the main case worker in the Document Management team, you will optimize the DMS for end-users, ensure system connectivity, manage digital archiving, and lead the testing and release of new software versions for production use. A significant part of the role involves representing the organization in internal, regional, and nationwide working groups, often taking on leadership responsibilities, and conducting necessary training and workshops.
