Job Summary
As a Facility Manager in Mannheim, you will be responsible for the technical oversight of various properties, ensuring that all contracted maintenance services are delivered effectively. Your role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing repair and maintenance work on building systems, coordinating external contractors, and managing personnel. You will also be responsible for reporting on service delivery and preparing reports for property management.
