Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing, controlling, and steering technical building management, overseeing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety checks, and managing defect tracking and warranty claims. The Deputy Facility Manager acts as the direct contact person for the client, supervises external contractors, and holds leadership responsibility for internal staff. Key qualifications include a Master or Technician certification in Building Technology or Electrical Engineering, or a technical degree (e.g., Facility Management), coupled with professional experience in facility management. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and very good German language skills, offering an unlimited contract and continuous professional development within an internationally operating group.
