Job Summary

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a key player in the Life Cycle Management department, primarily supporting IT services for banking and savings bank organizations in the Düsseldorf/Cologne area. Your daily tasks will involve hands-on hardware installation, relocation, and dismantling, along with comprehensive troubleshooting and technical maintenance of both hardware and software. You'll also be responsible for regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal performance. The role requires strong technical skills in IT, ideally with a vocational IT background or relevant professional experience, and a willingness to travel to client sites.
