Job Summary

This role involves leading the Networks and Telephony team at an established IT service provider specializing in solutions for the banking and savings bank sectors. The Head of Department is responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring the stable, secure, and high-performing operation of the network infrastructure, IT security components, and VOIP-TK connections for the company and its clients. Key responsibilities include strategic process optimization, resource and budget planning, coordinating solutions during operational disruptions, and actively participating in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, multi-year experience in networks and telephony, and strong knowledge of Cyber Security, operating systems, and ITIL. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on mentality, reporting directly to the management board.
