Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician specializing in access control systems, working full-time on-site in Leverkusen for an initial 18-month contract. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuring, and commissioning hardware and software components for various access control and locking systems. The technician will manage access permissions, program readers, and procure new locking systems. Collaboration with colleagues on mechanical access control, as well as supporting maintenance and repair of manual and automatic doors, is also a key part of the job. Additionally, the role involves coordinating external contractors, performing SAP administration, and providing technical customer advice, requiring strong IT and networking knowledge.
